OUR BILINGUAL ENVIRONMENT

Language Through Meaningful Experiences

English and Chinese are naturally woven into each child’s daily experience at Avocado. Through conversations, songs, stories, cultural experiences, and hands-on classroom activities, children encounter language in ways that are meaningful and connected to real life.

Our educators support language development with respect for each child’s individual pace, helping children build communication skills, cultural awareness, and confidence in a warm Montessori environment.

Chinese Through Daily Life

Chinese is naturally woven into daily conversations, classroom routines, songs, stories, and hands-on activities, helping children build understanding through meaningful repetition.

Culture Through Experience

Festivals, art, music, food, stories, and traditions invite children to experience Chinese culture with curiosity, joy, and a genuine sense of connection.

Foundations for Literacy

Age-appropriate vocabulary, character recognition, and early writing experiences help each child gradually develop confidence and interest in reading and writing Chinese.
