Tour appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are offered based on staff and campus availability. English and Chinese tours are available at both campuses.

Our admissions process includes six steps:

  1. Schedule a campus tour.
  2. Submit our online Inquiry Form.
  3. Complete the Application Form sent through Brightwheel.
  4. After review and approval, pay the $150 nonrefundable application fee to join the enrollment pool.
  5. If an appropriate space becomes available, the school will send an enrollment offer.
  6. Accept the offer, submit the required enrollment documents, and pay the $150 nonrefundable registration fee to complete enrollment.

Application forms are generally reviewed within 2–3 business days.

No. Submitting an application and paying the application fee places your child in our enrollment pool, but it does not guarantee a space or a specific start date.

Enrollment offers depend on classroom availability, your child’s age and developmental readiness, preferred campus and program, requested start date, and the needs of each classroom community.

Your child officially joins the enrollment pool after the Application Form is approved and the $150 application fee is paid.

The enrollment pool is not a strictly first-come, first-served waitlist. When a space becomes available, we consider the child’s age, program, preferred campus, requested start date, classroom balance, developmental readiness, and date of entry into the pool.

Families may select both campuses to increase placement options. Please notify us if your preferred start date or campus preference changes.

Availability changes throughout the year as children move between programs and currently enrolled families confirm their plans. Because of this, we may not be able to confirm a space far in advance.

When an appropriate opening becomes available, our admissions team will contact families in the enrollment pool directly. Joining the pool early is encouraged, but a specific start date cannot be guaranteed until a formal enrollment offer is issued.

In our Nido and Toddler communities, Chinese is introduced naturally through daily conversation, songs, stories, classroom routines, and responsive interactions. The focus is on listening, understanding, and developing spoken language within meaningful everyday experiences.

In Primary, children participate in a more structured and progressive Chinese curriculum. Learning builds through speaking and listening, vocabulary development, character recognition, early reading and writing, stories, songs, and cultural studies. Lessons are presented according to each child’s readiness and prior language experience.

No previous exposure to Chinese is required.

Yes. Age-appropriate meals and snacks are provided according to each program’s daily schedule. Menus are planned to offer children a balanced variety of foods and are shared with families in advance.

Families must provide complete information about food allergies, dietary restrictions, and feeding needs before enrollment. Individual accommodations are reviewed with the school to ensure they can be supported safely.

Toilet independence is not required for children entering our Nido or Toddler programs. Educators support toilet learning respectfully and work closely with families to maintain consistency between home and school.

Children entering the Primary program are generally expected to use the toilet independently. If your child has individual developmental or medical needs, please discuss them with our admissions team before enrollment.

The school provides a general supply list to help families prepare for the first day. Individual classrooms may request additional or more specific items based on the child’s age, program, and daily needs.

Your child’s classroom will share any classroom-specific requirements before the start date.
